This complaint pertains 2015 nissan rogue sv trim with third-row seat. After using it for a few months, I have found that the design of the adjustment mechanism of third row seat is such that it can cause/aggravate back pain resulting from a regular use of the strap pull/push provided. This could be a serious issue for people with history of or those prone to back pain. I have brought this to the notice of nissan but so far they have refused to get it objectively assessed.
I was driving back home from from the store my two year old daughter was in the back seat in the car seat properly strapped. The drive is about a ten minute drive back to our home. As I was driving I noticed my daughter hit very quite when I️ turned around she had wrapped the adult shoulder seat belt strap around her neck three times and was starting to choke. Currently I am nine months pregnant as had to untangle her while I was driving to keep her from choking.
