I leased this vehicle from a nissan dealer last year. They leased it to me as a new vehicle even though it had almost 5,000 miles on it. I was just recently told by a mechanic that the vehicle was in an accident prior to the lease. The dealer did not tell me that it was in an accident. Should I have been told of the accident prior to signing the lease papers? I might have backed out of the lease if I knew about the accident.

I have taking my truck to the dealer so many times to be told the def system gauge can not be fixed. All the trucks have this issue. I applied for the lemon law and was refused. Now the latest was the coolant was causing the truck to loose power because as I was told by the dealer it's normal for it to evaporate a half a gallon in 18 months. Seems a little strange to me. In the meantime I still have to pack around def because I never know how much I have. The truck has many issues.
