2012 Nissan Versa brakes problems

Tl* the contact owns a 2012 nissan versa. While driving 40 MPH, the brake pedal was depressed but the vehicle failed to stop. As a result, the contact crashed into the rear of another vehicle. The contact sustained chin and neck injuries that did not require medical attention. The front passenger sustained seat belt bruising and chest pain that did not require medical attention. A police report was filed. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure.

Randomly one day, I went to brake, it failed to slow down or stop my car, freaking out I pumped it and then it stopped by the 3rd try and jolted. It has since been doing that every day. We've replaced the master brake cylinder, that didn't work, took it to the dealership, they said it was the break and rotators, replaced those, that also didn't work. There are no leakages, the hose is fine, and brake fluid is great. I have a another appointment with them to have a tech ride with me to see what I am talking about.
