What owners wrote

We have had to replace our '99 plymouth grand voyager's transmission coolant clamps because of a leakage. Our chrysler dealer has informed us that chrysler knows that the clamps on the van are defective & we have had to pay $200 to replace the leaking clamps for ones they tell us are made different and that they say are fixing a problem that they know exists on all of these minivans.

Reported at 34,000 miles, January 2003 Injury

Transmission failure for the second time! At 33,000 miles my transmission "went out" and the dealership "repaired it'. Now at 93,000 the speedometer gear has malfunctioned and I have to replace the whole transmission. This happened while I was driving. The transmission locked in second gear, which was unexpected and surprised me. This action could have caused an accident but I was the only car on the road.
