My son was in a 1993 plymouth voyager that left the road and rolled six times. I believe he had his seatbelt on, but that it failed him. He was ejected from the vehicle and died four days later.
When ever turning around corners in venicle, the vehicle would stall or die out. It would occur sometimes in traffic. Took to dealer to check and could not find the problem.
Hit from behind; pushed across road into telephone pole; occupants were pushed forward; went backwards; front seats collapsed; vehicle totaled. Tt
Brakes continued to fail even though the vehicle was serviced since it was purchased. Consumer stated the vehicle has been parked.

Ten months after the repairs were made the contact noticed that the brake and ABS warning lights were illuminated on the dash board. The contact stated that the brake pedal became stiff.
