Tl* the contact owns a 2016 ram 1500. While the vehicle was parked with the engine running, it independently rolled back in reverse. As a result, the vehicle crashed into the contact and then a wall. A police report was not filed. The contact sustained cuts and bruises on the knees, feet, and hips. Medical attention was received. The vehicle was diagnosed and repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 2,500.

While servicing a customers 2016 ram 1500 pick up pulled truck up to door,placed knob shifter in to park, got out and walked up beside truck as I got to l/f wheel truck started to move forward turned around to get back in truck showed to be in drive. Truck proceded to roll through door and came to a stop. No wan was injured damage was limated to truck and door.
