Takata inflators. My name is [xxx]I was a passenger of a vehicle driven by [xxx] on july 9th 2016. There was myself and 3 other occupants in the vehicle 2 passed away as a result of the accident and myself and another occupant were severely injured. Not one air bag went off. I suffer from traumatic brain injury, spinal injuries and many more. I am no longer able to walk and I require 24/7 assistance. This was a rollover crash. Driving at approximately 30MPH through an intersection on city streets hit another vehicle head-on that was traveling towards me at approximately the same speed. The airbags in my vehicle did not deploy.
