2024 Ram 1500 engine problems

Took delivery of new truck (2024 Ram 1500 4x4 Laramie) on September 25th. On September 26th, while backing into a parking space, the engine cut off and multiple error lights illuminated (including check engine light). I was able to re-start the vehicle and back into the space. Dealer investigated, determined that a fuse was loose. On October 14th, while pulling into a shopping center road, the engine shut off and the same series of error lights, including the check engine light, illuminated.

The contact owns a 2024 Ram 1500. The contact stated while driving approximately 5 MPH, the vehicle lost power, the parking brake activated, and the transmission independently shifted into the park. The contact was able to restart the vehicle. The instrument panel showed that the battery charge had dropped to 12-Volts. The failure had occurred twice. The tow truck company was contacted and was able to recharge the battery and the contact to drove the vehicle to the residence.
