2017 lexus es 350. Consumer writes in regards to flaw in the software which resulted in an accident. The consumer stated the vehicle crashed into the garage and was totaled. The consumer inquired if the accident was related to the defective fuel pump that became a safety recall.
Odometer Fraud. The contact purchased a 2017 Ram 3500. The contact stated that while attempting to register the vehicle, it was discovered that there was a mileage discrepancy. The vehicle was a private sale from Facebook. At the time of purchase, the vehicle mileage was 234,000, and at the time of registration, it was discovered that the mileage was 380,000. A Police report was filed.
