Mr. [xxx] (driver) was driving a dodge pro van downhill, and pressed on the brake pedal. The pedal snapped off. Mr. [xxx] impacted the vehicle in front of him, and hit the steering wheel with his face, the airbag deploying shortly afterwards, pushing his face backwards. He received facial reconstructive surgery and is treating for closed head injury and possible tbi.
I have been experiencing loud squeaky and sometimes grinding brakes since 800 miles the vehicle now has 10,000 miles and chrysler has still not come up with a repair. They know they have a bad product and claim the engineers are working on designing a new brake pad. They opened a star case and the dealer refuses to document it anymore.
