What owners wrote
A few complaints as filed, shortened and with personal details removed. The first ones are among the most serious reports for this model year; the rest are typical.
Driver side window/door panel started smoking. Window and door controls do not work. The sideview mirror control rolled down the window and now the entire unit does not work. Electrical smell throughout the car.
Upon entering my vehicle and starting it, I attempted to roll down the drivers side window and the window began to smoke and would not roll up or down. No trouble with it before hand.
On numerous occasions while driving my vehicle, it has registered half a tank to a quarter tank of fuel. While driving, with no warning, the vehicle has stalled, and later was determined to be out of gas. It has occurred at least 4 occasions in the past 6-8 months, always while I was on the highway.
While traveling through residential area at speed slowing down to turn vehicle began to stall I heard a loud whining the vehicle began jerking, speeding up, slowly down. This problem has continued through various speeds. I am afraid for my family and public if this happens in a parking lot or interstates.
