What owners wrote

When you have the car in park it is not always in park and if you turn the car off it will not start back up. So when we try to start the car again it will not start, so we have to move the gear shift to neutral to start it that way. When we move the gear shift to park it is not always in park. We think this may have happened in the above accident. The car rolls back. Before we became aware of the problem this happened twice.

Reported at 88,000 miles, November 2013 Crash

Drivers seat broke down on right side, causing it to slump towards the console. Upon taking it to the dealer to seek repair, was told that the welding of the seat unit had broken. The entire seat and the housing base require replacement over $1000 to fix. While it doesn't require fixing to operate car, the danger is in a crash, having the seat catapult out entirely being as it is not affixed to the vehicle any more.
