What owners wrote
I purchased a 2007 saturn vue hybrid and I also purchased an extended warranty from boulevard cadillac in long beach, ca. In november or dec. Of 2013 the battery in my vue died and I purchased a new one from bumin chevrolet in culver city, ca. At that time they told me that there was something wrong with my car and since I had an extended warranty, I should take the car back to boulevard cadillac. I took the car there in dec.
The ignition failed to work. Turning the key to the start position did not turn the engine on. Did not start the starter motor. Also after turning the key to the start position, the key did not recoil back to the on position as it does so customarily. The key just remains in the start position by itself. My vehicle had to be towed to alexander/gmc/cadillac auto center in oxnard, ca. I was told that I am going to be charged close to $600 (parts & labor).
