What owners wrote

After owning my car for five months the windshield is cracked again I have had it replaced twice already. There is a serious defect in the windshield that subaru is using on the impreza vehicle

Reported at 9,000 miles, March 2019

Driving along the highway when I heard a small cracking sound. No large debris or rock noted from highway. All of a sudden a large crack appeared on the right-hand passenger side and extended to the middle of the windshield. I called subaru dealership and said they would have to determine if it was a stress crack or not for it to be covered; they determined that it would not be covered because it is not a stress crack.
