What owners wrote

The car failed to come out of the enhanced autopilot mode, even after pressing the brake pedals, and went straight through a red light, causing a collision resulting in total loss of both vehicles. I believe the 'self driving mode', or the enhanced autopilot mode was defective. We would like to get the vehicle data pertaining to events just before the crash, but tesla would not give it without a court order. Even before this incident I had noticed that enhanced autopilot mode made dangerous moves on highway.
