What owners wrote

On [XXX], I turned on the driver's seat heater. It started on the high setting. In a very short time the heat became extremely uncomfortable and I shut it off. However, the seat continued to release high amounts of heat which resulted in a burn after a few minutes before I could stop and exit the car. The backs of my thighs, my buttocks, my pereneum and part of my scrotum were burned. I saw my primary care doctor the next day and she confirmed it was a first degree burn.
