I was T boned and my car is totaled, I have a TBI now along with other medical issues because when I was hit no air bags deployed. If air bags would have been deployed my injuries wouldn’t be so bad . Also it’s Brand new. It’s a 2025. I’m the original owner.
Air bags did not deploy. We were hit at 35 miles per hour on the front driver side by someone running the red light. It is currently located at a repair facility waiting for an estimate by the insurance company. The problem has not been reproduced and we did not have any warning messages on.
The 2025 Toyota Camry SE Hybrid suffered a catastrophic electronic brake-by-wire and computer network failure during a low-speed stop. The brake pedal went completely mushy, and the vehicle registered zero deceleration for a full second, causing a collision. Immediately after impact, the dashboard displayed systemic failures across multiple ADAS and safety networks, specifically throwing explicit alerts for 'Airbag Malfunction,' 'Headlight Malfunction,' and 'System Malfunction.' The contact owns a 2025 Toyota Camry equipped with Bridgestone Puranza EL440tires (Tire Size: 235/45R/18). While driving approximately 75 MPH, the rear driver's side tire suddenly, the Tire Sensor illuminated. The contact was attempting to get to the nearest exit to pull over, but before being able to do so, the tire blew. When the failure occurred, it caused the rear bumper to detach from the vehicle. The contact moved to the emergency lane, where they noticed the tire had disintegrated.
Odometer Fraud. The contact purchased a 2025 Toyota Camry. The vehicle was an IAA auction sale. The contact stated that upon purchasing and picking up the vehicle from the auction dealer, the contact scanned the vehicle with an OBD reader to clear the check engine warning lights, and the odometer reading changed from 6,000 to 54,000 miles. The contact discovered the mileage discrepancy while the vehicle was still at the auction lot. The dealer was notified, but no assistance was provided.
