What owners wrote
Tl* the contact owns a 2007 toyota camry. The contact stated that the gear lever failed to shift from park into reverse until after several attempts. The failure recurred numerous times. On a separate occasion, the vehicle failed to start and the battery was replaced, but the failure persisted. An independent mechanic replaced the brake stop light switch, but the vehicle began to emit smoke. The vehicle was taken to a dealer but was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure.
Both headlight plastic cover lenses are hazy and unclear creating a diminished headlight distance. I feel this is a defect the manufacturer should address for free.
