Consumer's vehicle rear ended another vehicle while driving 15-25 MPH. Upon impact, frontal air bags did not deploy, and driver's seat belt failed to engage. Driver sustained neck and back injuries and was transported to the local hospital for treatment.
Vehicle had multiple problems since consumer owned it. Engine and motor mounts had been replaced twice/ lock on the passenger side did not work/ driver's side outside door handle broke, and rear passenger's side seat belt did not retract.
