2019 Volkswagen Atlas steering problems

The contact owned a 2019 Volkswagen Atlas. The contact stated that when driving at various speeds, when veering towards the left or right with the vehicle, the vehicle would turn in the opposite direction the steering wheel was being directed. The contact would have to turn the steering wheel in the desired direction to straighten the vehicle and turn it towards the intended direction. The lane assist would cause the vehicle to misread the direction of the road and turn the vehicle in the opposite direction.

Purchased vehicle 4/18/2020. SUV was shaking and told the seller. They stated they would fix when they did the sticker and registration. Attempted to fix the shaking by road force balance. Was told was a flat spot so they replaced rims and tires with a set off another truck. Still shook and was pulling to right. They attempted fixing the tires and did road test balancing on 4 separate occasions. The truck still shakes excessively and pulls to the right. I contacted corporate and the dealer.
