What owners wrote

I was driving 65 MPH on the freeway when the car , "with out warning"the car decelerated and stopped. It was in drive, I had to put it in park and restart it. I was very lucky not to get hit. This is a major issue and needs to be addressed. I am taking it to the dealer today. 09/27/2010.

I had my clock spring replaced last year due to the recall, then my airbag light went on and my steering wheal started doing a clicking sound when I steer to the left or right all control panels on my steering wheel stopped functioning including the horn. I called volkswagen and they said that they would charge me $150 to access the car, I told them about clock spring and they said that I would have to pay to get that fixed.
