Side impact 2007 audi a6. Failure of air bags to deploy. The consumer stated the vehicle was hit on the side and his wife was seriously injured. The insurance company stated because of the extensive damage to the a and b pillars, the vehicle was deemed totaled.
Takata recall. I received a recall notice from audi that states "a recall repair is not yet available". They recommend a work around of "avoiding use of the front passenger seat whenever possible until the recall repair has been repaired". What's taking so long? Aren't peoples lives at risk?
