As I was arriving to park my BMW I applied the brakes to put it into park but the brakes failed, in result the car drove threw the building. When the rear wheels reached the curbside/sidewalk, it stopped the car, causing the building to get damage. And I got a ticket for malfunction of brake but it is not my fault for the malfunction of the brakes because I just bought the car 3 months ago from a carmax dealer. And at that time the mileage was 46185.
