What owners wrote

Tl* the contact owned a 2006 buick lucerne. While driving 35 MPH, the air bag warning light illuminated and flickered off and on. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it could not be diagnosed, but the failure recurred. A few months later, the contact was rear ended by another vehicle in a drive thru. The air bags failed to deploy. A police report was not filed and there were two injuries. The driver had back and neck injuries and the passenger had neck injuries. Both required medical attention.

I have filed a prior claim with you on the ignition control module failure. Dealer replaced the entire module - GM subsequently issued recall for buicks, altho they are claiming the failure has to do with a slot/hole in a key. I had only the key and the lock fob on the key - I did not have lots of keys and other accessories linked to my key, nor did I hit a pothole or anything jarring. The car just died, no brakes, steering, unable to restart the car and I had to have it towed.
