My vehicle was stationary on a city street and my wife was rear-ended and was pushed into the car in front of her, and the airbag never deployed. The car is completely totaled and a car crash this bad should have deployed the airbag.
I bought a 2013 cadillac ats in early 2013. In first month, it needed 3 battery jumps. It also has a problem with moving from drive into park. This is under recall as is a seatbelt issue I believe. I have had 2 accidents. 1 on a very busy crawling road wisconsin ave, dc on a busy sat afternoon in bumper to bumper traffic when I started to accelerate and the force of my movement caused the truck in front of me to crash into another vehicle. Weird, but confusing.
Cadillac ats 2013 continues to stall and turn off causing loss of steering of vehicle. This has been in the shop 4 times for repair, and vehicle has still been stalling.
Driving on the interstate the car suddenly started losing speed and it would not let me accelerate. I was able to make it to the shoulder. Once I got to the shoulder the car idled for a few seconds before the engine completely shut off. I was able to start the car again and drive about another mile and the same thing happened. We were about 1 mile from a GM car dealership and we managed to get the car to the dealership, but it stalled 3 times on the way (once on a 2 lane bridge).
