The air bags failed to deploy. The contact sustained neck and jaw injuries and the other two passengers sustained neck and back injuries that required medical attention. The vehicle was towed to the contact's residence and was not diagnosed or repaired.
I was driving on chestnut street in easton, mass on 7/24/2007 around 11:30 p.m. A deer ran out of the woods and I tried to avoid the deer and I hit a utility pole head on and the air bag did not deploy in the 2003 cadillac deville.
