March 1995 CrashInjuryDeath

I was driving home early this morning, after doing a little hill climbing the night before with a friend. On the way home I was driving under the speed limit, when the vehicle about 3 seconds in front of me stopped, I immediately hit the brakes, the brakes did not work properly, causing me to hit the rear end of the car in front of me, causing damage to both vehicles, I received a traffic violation, and a neck sprain.
