While driving 50-55MPH the right rear wheel came off, the bolt had sheared off and the 2 lug and a part of the bolt found inside the wheel.
The wheels were not seated properly on this particular trailer. When trailer was being pulled at any speed the hubs overheated. This caused the axel to be damaged beyond repair.
