1995 Chevrolet Camaro fuel system problems

While driving noticed smoke coming from under the vehicle, and pulled over and there was a fire under the vehicle on the rear section above the gas tank. The flames ran from the fuel tank area which melted the wire under the vehicle. When the vehicle was pulled over the flames shot out of both sides.

Dt*: the contact stated while traveling 30 MPH, flames erupted from the engine compartment. The vehicle pulled over and no injuries were sustained. The engine and front of the vehicle were completely engulfed in flames by the time the fire department arrived. The vehicle was towed to the contact's residence. The service dealer and manufacturer were notified. An inspector from the manufacturer was sent to inspect the cause of the fire.
