Tl* the contact owns a 2016 chevrolet equinox. The contact stated that the lower part of the windshield was distorted and distracted the driver. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, but was not diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 5,000. The VIN was not available.

While I was driving through the mountains in the rain, the windshield wipers stopped working. I attempted to turn them back on, but they would not move, but a sound could be heard like they were moving.
