Tl* the contact was operating a 2009 chevrolet silverado 2500. The contact stated that the company vehicle was stationary when a second vehicle crashed into its rear. As a result, the contact's company vehicle crashed into the rear of a third vehicle. The front end of the vehicle was severely damaged. The air bags failed to deploy although the display message indicated that the air bags had deployed. The driver and three passengers all suffered various head, back, and neck injuries that required medical attention.
Got in my truck today to find cracks in the dash around the passenger airbag. Concerns me that if the airbag were to deploy it would send sharp pieces of dash flying into the face of the passenger. Vehicle was not in motion when I found the cracks.
