2004 Chevrolet Tahoe cruise control problems

Tl* the contact owns a 2004 chevrolet tahoe. While driving approximately 50 MPH during rainy weather, the vehicle accelerated abnormally and crashed into a concrete medium. The vehicle began to spin around and then reversed while the contact depressed the brake pedal the entire time. The vehicle then crashed into a second vehicle before finally crashing into a metal rail before stopping. The air bags did not deploy. The police reported to the scene and a report was filed.

I have a 2004 chevy tahoe and in november of 2006 the speedometer started acting odd. Sometimes it would be on a speed when I was sitting still other times it would be at zero whe I was driving and now it is stuck at zero. Apparently, this is not an isolated incident for this vehicle as I have seen numerous complaints about this problem with many other GMC vehicles in this model year.
