What owners wrote

My daughter's seat belt came unbuckled during an accident we were in. I have the seatbelt and pictures. I was driving a 2003 trailblazer. I have contacted GM and they have told me that they would not take responsibility for them and closed the case file. I wrote a letter to their ceo and was contacted by his office and offered free maintenance and oil changes on the remainder of my lease. I told them that this is unacceptable and they closed my file also.
