What owners wrote
She was not seriousley hurt , but the door will open close open close ......never does it when I take it to the dealer of course power windows are terrible we are vrey disapointed with our van!
I was the only owner of a 2000 chevorlet venture until two months ago when the door (sliding) fell off for the fourth time. Because GM refused to do anything about it beyond repair it for the fourt time for free, I traded in the vehicle. I was not at all amused that my daughter fell out the door and could have been seriously injured. Thank god she wasn't. The van had been fixed three times previously from the door falling off.
