What owners wrote

Crash in chrysler 300m. I had adjusted my seat when I got in my car. As I was driving, the seat detached from track and pulled away, subsequently I rear ended another car. I made the complaint to chrysler who made a recall on the seat bolt but I was not notified of the recall. I have had the same/forwarded address.
