November 2007 Crash

Told my car unsafe to drive....subframe rotted out! Chrysler admitted it was their fault but will not help me unless I sign a waiver of agreeing to pay for any repairs that they cause while fixing this major issue. I was not comfortable signing and now they won't help me. Not sure what to do next. This is a horrific mishandling of consumer rights! I have only had the car for 6 years and put 50k miles on it. These cars should be recalled now before someone gets killed driving one of them.
