2005 Chrysler Pacifica wipers, windshield & visibility problems

Tl*the contact owns a 2005 chrysler pacifica. The contact stated that the windows and mirrors are too small and obstruct visibility. While backing out of the driveway, she struck another vehicle. I wanted to bring to your attention a safety condition with certain years on the chrysler pacifica. Many of the pacificas engine cradles are severely rusted; to the point of if a break occurs the engine will fall out of the vehicle. This issue is mainly on years 2004-2005. (I own a 2005 model with severe rusted engine cradle.) the estimated cost of this repair is between $2,500 and $3,000.
