Tl* the contact owns a 2008 chrysler town country. The contact stated that while traveling 40 MPH, the windshield wipers activated independently as the control panel illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who confirmed that the integrated control modulator failed and needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was contacted. The vehicle was not repaired.

While driving my car has turned off due to the recall on the win module over 6 times now. Thank god I was driving at a low speed on a side street each time. I lose all power and the vehicle completely turns off. I do not feel safe in this car. I hope your conscience can withstand possible crashes and people losing their lives because your piece of [xxx] company has had over a year to fix this and has not.
