Tl*the contact was in a 2008 chrysler town and country. The contact was not the owner of the vehicle. While attempting to recline the captain seats on the second row, the seat belt struck him in the top of the head. He experienced nerve problems in his face and there is also discoloration in his arm. He sustained a severe injury that could not be prevented due to how fast the seats reclined. The nerve that struck him is connected with his mouth, his eyes and he has trouble with his arms.
On second row swivel and go seat...seatbelt retractor failed, we only had the car 10 days before this happened...we have been having other problems with this seat. Armrest becoming so loose that it falls to the floor, trim problems. The van only had 493 miles.
