What owners wrote
Active head restraint malfunctioned and deployed while driving slowly through a parking lot. Speed bumps were encountered, but I cannot remember if the ahr deployed while passing one. Passenger suffered head injury.
Driver side front headrest deployed un-commanded. Plastic bracket holding pin failed. Vehicle was parked overnight in driveway and shut down. No impacts occurred. Appears to be material failure of the plastic bracket holding the retaining pin.
