Vehicle was involved in a crash at approximately 70MPH into the rear of another vehicle traveling at approximately 40MPH in the same direction of travel. This would constitute the vehicle in question hitting at 30MPH. Frontal air bags failed to deploy duing the event of a crash. Nothing has been done to correct the failure at this point.
