2009 Dodge Grand Caravan air bags problems

2009 dodge caravan modified by the braun corporation to include a manual ramp for wheelchair passengers was traveling on a 2 lane icy bridge and was unable to stop for a 1997 chevy truck that had already slid out on the bridge and was left sitting across both lanes. The dodge caravan hit the vehicle head on with such force that the driver had the parts from an artificial hip come out. When looking at the vehicle the airbags didn't deploy but the front end is seriously damaged and the vehicle is a total loss.

I tried to avoid hitting a deer and when swerving I went off the road and hit a telephone pole at 55 miles an hour. My airbags didn't deploy and I am now out of work with herniated discs in my neck. I have 4 young children that don't understand that daddy cannot play with them! I will now forever be worried if I'm going to move wrong and be paralyzed! I'm scared and shouldn't be! This vehicles safety systems should have operated properly!
