Tl* the contact owns a 2016 dodge grand caravan. Upon attempting to open the vehicle's sliding doors, the sliding door on the driver's side failed to open. The passenger side sliding door failed to lock and made a loud buzzing noise when the contact attempted to lock the door. The vehicle was taken to napleton ellwood city chrysler dodge jeep ram (1000 lawrence ave, ellwood city, pa 16117) where it was diagnosed that the locks on both sliding doors failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired.
Sliding door locks jammed and not working...stuck. Can't open the door manually either. This is dangerous because can't get kids out from the back especially during emergency situation. Dodge should recall all sliding door actuator or whatever is causing this stuck lock on sliding doors to open.
