What owners wrote
Driver side sliding door will not open and is in the unlock position. Seems to be a common problem on these. Have 4 kids so this very unsafe/ hug inconvenience. Dealer wants a unreasonable amount. Figured they would fix this by now. Same problem in other dodge van I have had.
