2017 Dodge Journey air bags problems

Tl* the contact owns a 2017 dodge journey. The contact stated that while driving approximately 35 MPH the vehicle was t-boned by a second vehicle. During the incident the vehicle rolled over 3 times and the front end and sides were severely damaged but no side curtain or front airbags deployed. During the crash the driver sustained a injured chest and hearing lost, the front passenger sustained neck, back, head and right shoulder injuries. A police report was taken at the scene.

One month after purchasing the 2017 dodge journey the airbag light came on while driving the vehicle. Took the vehicle to a certified dodge dealer and they informed us that the airbag wireing harness located under the drivers front seat was faulty. The told us the airvagwireing harness is not covered under any warranty and that the new replacement airbag wireing harness would cost around $800. The airbag light still goes on & off randomly while the vehicle is being driven.
