What owners wrote

After refueling at a bp service station, I was unable to remove the fuel nozzle from the fuel filler door. I didn't want to force the removal of the nozzle so I called ford road side assist. After trying their recommendations they suggested having the car towed. I explained the car cannot be towed because the nozzle was stuck in the door. They suggested I call the dealer service department. I called the dealer and they had not heard of this issue as well and had no fix.

Mileage does not meet the fuel economy and environment range stated on the window sticker and vehicle description when the car was purchased. My car is a 2017 ford edge sel AWD with the twin-scrl 2.0l ecoboost engine and automatic transmission. The window sticker states mpg to be 20 in the city and 27 on the highway and 23 combined city/hwy. Currently the mpg shown in the dashboard is 15 to 16 combined city/hwy which seems to be consistent from the day I purchased the vehicle.
