What owners wrote
The transmission in our 05' ford excursion slips and when it finally goes into gear, it jerks really hard. The electrical unit does not always work, the windows will not roll down, the locks will not lock nor unlock, the radio will not turn on. We have had it on the ford dealership for repair 4 different times and it still is not repair, we still have all these problems.
