Tl*the contact owns a 2007 ford expedition. The rear window in the liftgate shattered after the vehicle had just been turned off. The failure damaged two rubber floormats. The current mileage was 7,611 and failure mileage was 7,530. Updated 3/4/08

Reported at 7,530 miles, November 2007

Our 2007 ford expedition was sitting in our driveway, when our neighbor heard a loud pop noise. When he looked, he saw that our back left window had shattered--for no reason. This is the 2nd window to shatter for no reason. Luckily our kids were not in it, or they could have been injured. We will now have to replace the 2nd window in our truck in less than a year for them spontaneously shattering.
