When the consumers son was asleep and his friend was driving he was traveling in an excess speed of 120 MPH, he lost control of the vehicle and crashed. The front had gone head on into the embankment when the airbags did not activate including the side airbags. The consumers son was thrown out of the vehicle and killed. *scc
