2015 Ford F-150 latches & locks problems

The driver side door failed to lock and latch correctly. When closed it does not secure and wind is felt entering the door. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where the failure was unable to be determined. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 11,000.
